About the opportunity
The IT Technical Business Analyst position plays a crucial role within our team at the Australian Childhood Foundation, supporting the smooth and effective operation of our technology systems. This role focuses on providing technical expertise in areas such as Salesforce administration, website administration, data analytics and reporting, system integration, technical documentation, troubleshooting, and emerging technologies.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to understand their business needs and provide technical support for technology solutions.
